We're posting to let you know that we've just released a maintenance patch on PC. Among other issues, this patch addresses the issue with players being unable to purchase V-Bucks on GeForce Now.
The patch is available to download upon opening or relaunching the game.

Did it fix the Spire Quest bugs?

We released a fix for the Spire Quests yesterday. Please let us know if you're still having trouble.
Yes I just tried again and I still have the same issue. I have the quests:
Retrieve the Cult Artifact from the Spire for Raz Complete all 3 Spire Quests then return to Raz (No this isn’t random trash...) Complete all 3 Spire Quests then return to Raz (You’ll need one of the cult talismans...)
I completed them previously, died while turning them in to Raz. I am unable to get the items to spawn when I kill animals or Spire Guardians so I can’t complete the quests.

We're aware that some players are still unable to retry the Spire Quests, and we're working to address this.
