A new Marvel Hero comes to Fortnite — setting off a competition on the Island like never before.

Assemble your Super Hero team to compete in the Marvel Knockout Super Series — featuring four competitive cups centered around the Marvel Knockout game mode. These four cups will build up to a final, $1,000,000 tournament to conclude the Marvel Knockout Super Series happening on November 21. And as an added bonus, any player who participates in all four of the cups will receive the exclusive Nexus War Glider.  The first cup celebrates the Man Without Fear himself, Daredevil. Winners will get ultimate bragging rights — early access to the Daredevil Outfit before the Item Shop release!

Unlocking the Wolverine Outfit is just scratching the surface. Take action in Wolverine’s other Battle Pass Challenges and get your hands on more Wolverine rewards, like Wolverine’s Trophy Back Bling and Ferocious Wrap. 

After completing Wolverine’s Challenges, complete his special request and unlock his built-in Snikt! Emote. Trigger it to replace your Pickaxe with his classic Adamantium Claws. BTS is ready to light up Party Royale’s Main Stage for all partygoers. On Friday, September 25 at 8 PM EDT (Saturday, September 26 at 9 AM KST), jump into Party Royale for the world premiere of BTS’ explosive single “Dynamite” Music Video Choreography Version!    

Groove in BTS Style

Dance along to the music with two new Emotes choreographed by BTS. And use these Emotes beyond the show to bring some BTS style anywhere. These new moves will be available in the Item Shop starting September 23 at 8 PM EDT (September 24 at 9 AM KST).

Breaking out your BTS moves is easy. If you own these Fortnite Emotes, just head to the Locker tab in-game to make sure they’re equipped. Once they’re equipped, use them in Party Royale or elsewhere!

What is ray tracing?

The advanced rendering capability of ray tracing allows new visual and lighting effects previously not possible in Fortnite. With our latest update, we’re delivering improved ambient occlusion, shadows, reflections, and real-time global illumination.

Starting today, we're testing a new look for the Item Shop. During this test, some players may see a new design for the Item Shop. The items and prices of the Item Shop are exactly the same for everyone no matter which design you see — it’s only the display that is different!

Currently, the test is only running on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. The test may expand to other platforms in the future. While we run this test, the options to go directly to the Item Shop or Locker from the end of a match will be disabled for all players temporarily. Read more

While you can cast your Fishing Rod into the water anywhere and pull up something, look out for jumping fish and ripples along the water’s surface - these fishing holes will give you the best chance at rare loot.
