Description Players are unable to change their video settings when playing through GeForce NOW.

Description We’re working to resolve a visual-only issue which shows an incorrect number of returned materials when recycling an item. Players recycling an item will get the correct amount of materials returned and not the higher number listed.

Update We’ve released a server fix to resolve this issue. The Broadside trap is now properly dealing it’s full damage. We’re investigating another issue where all of the damage numbers from this trap may not appear properly. This is just a visual issue.

Update The team will continue to investigate issues regarding Endurance and crashing. We’ve seen significant improvements in the data regarding this crash and out of memory related issues.

Please continue to send over client logs if this is an issue for you.

Gathering data on this crash has been an ongoing effort and we’re looking for further of this crash. Any player who hits this crash after the 12.50 update should send /u/Magyst a private DM with the following information:

• Account name
• Platform
• Other players in your mission
• Date / estimate time stamp of when this occurred.

Additionally, PC players who experience this crash can further help by sending him your client logs directly.

1. Experience the Endurance Crash

2. Navigate to C:\Users\AppData\Local\FortniteGame\Saved\Logs.

If you are experiencing issues requesting the tokenless refund, please restart your game.

Note: You are not able to request a tokenless refund if the Outfit was gifted to you.

It was brought to our attention that Outfits in the Boundless Set included color combinations that could compromise the competitive integrity of matches. As a result, we’re planning to make minor cosmetic adjustments in our next update. We’ve made some adjustments to the materials, and you will no longer be able to have white/white or black/black color combinations when selecting your primary and secondary colors.

If you are no longer satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund anytime within 30 days of your first login after the 15.30 update (no refund token required).

We’ve also made some tweaks to interior lighting in the game to compliment these changes. Thanks for the continued feedback.

Description The “Disable Pre-edit Option” in Battle Royale/Creative is currently applying to Save the World. This may cause difficulty when trying to edit or build.

Workaround Toggle “Disable Pre-edit Option” off in Battle Royale/Creative before returning to Save the World. This setting can be found in the “Game” settings.

Description The Banner menu may be unresponsive to controller inputs, causing players to have difficulty editing their Banner with a controller or the Banner not updating properly.

Workaround In order to edit your Banner with a controller, take the following steps:

• Edit your Icon Color first. Select the Color option and double press the Apply button (A on Xbox and Switch, X on PlayStation).
• Select your desired Color and hit the Apply button again.
• Close the menu (B on Xbox and Switch, Circle on PlayStation).
• Repeat the same process to select your desired Icon.

Note: Edit the Icon Color first. If you try editing your Icon first, your Icon may change if you attempt to edit your Banner Color after.
