@InnyVay Only if their C.A.M.P.s are in a no-build zone. If not, then they will not have to move or rebuild.

@AbdullaziizQ You can either start a new character or use an existing one, Wastelanders can be played both ways!

@Lagerwhat If your C.A.M.P. is in a no-build zone you'll be able to move to a new location without spending any caps.
