AS title says, Is there a way to remove Specifically Talent Choices

With the Recent huge updates and this game being less known there isn't much i can learn from googling and ecowiki,

I learned the lvl 6 talent to reduce house tier by 0.2 and -10% cost, now i can't use my Workstations because my Average room rating is 1.8 and they require a 2.0 rating, placing furniture doesn't increase it, and we are days away from getting Tier 3 materials, Cannot find any chat commands to Remove them, /Noskills does not remove Talents only skills
