I'm hoping for it to be released soon, Seeing as how it's been 17 days since the steam release and Xbox only has a 2 week certification process.
Sorry for being impatient, I'm just excited to try all the New things.
It's been blocked in the certification process for a while now. We are working with Microsoft to solve the issue. It's one if those situations where it really is no ones fault, but we just got stuck in some general certification system upgrades that didnt gel with our specific setup (running an Unreal project with UWP).
