(2019) Instead of having a set amount of space for each mineral seperatly, what about having an overall amount of space that can be used?

Basically, instead of being limited say to 40 nitra, 40 gold, 40 morkite, etc... You could have a 100 (or any other number) that you can freely use. So you can have 70 nitra if you want plus 30 gold or any other combinations as long that the overall capacity isn't reached. Perk Deep pockets would function the same as before.

This would mostly address the weird gameplay hole that you have a gold pouch that is full but can't use the others pouches at will.

What do you think?

That holds up until you pull a bucket from your ass and pour all of the mixed up minerals into the mule.

The individual storage compartments on a dwarf will also coat each mineral with a specific type of radioactive isotope (don’t worry, it’s mostly harmless according to the DRG Legal Division), and serves the function of letting the minerals be easily identified and sorted by the algorithms.

... or so I’ve heard.
