Hey all, we’re aware of some connectivity issues currently occurring on PS4 and looking into it. We’ll keep you all updated on this. Thank you very much for your patience!

Update (12:20pm EDT): Restoring connection on PS4 is our top priority and we’re working with Sony to have a patch verified and signed off on as soon as possible.

Update: (4pm EDT): We’ve received word that the patch to PS4 has passed testing. We’re waiting for confirmation from Sony before we can release the new client. Once it’s out we will update you all immediately

Update: (8:30pm EDT): Sony has informed us that there appears to be an error on their end and currently investigating. Will continue to update as we get info!

Update (13/06 @ 05:30PM CEST): We are still trying to resolve the PS4 connectivity issues together with Sony. We’re doing all that’s in our hands to get this situation fixed ASAP.
We have disabled decay on PS4 official servers and we apologize for the frustration this downtime is causing.

There are no plans to alter the limitations of the rescue function, as they were put in place to avoid abuse of it. The issue at hand seems to be thralls falling through the terrain, and that is something we’re looking into. So whatever feedback you might have in that regard, don’t hesitate to send it our way by following the steps listed here:

GENERAL

• Deleted General chat tab can now be recreated as a new tab
• Added proper error message received when trying to enter expansion areas without access.
• Inviting non-existent players now gives sensible error message.
• Attempting to purchase items with a full inventory now gives a useful error message.

DUNGEONS

• Abyssal Convoker’s Blazing Maw can once again hit players.

SIEGE

• Siege weapons now deal correct damage to Battlekeep structures.

The servers will come down for an update on June 10, at 13:00 GMT/ 9:00 AM EDT/ 6:00 AM PDT. (check this link to see when this is in your timezone). The downtime is estimated to take 2 hours.

Could you try to perform a full reinstall to determine if there could’ve been any issue with the patching process?

Could you let us know if you’ve used any custom DLC pieces on that base, or if any specific NPCs were spawned there through the Admin commands?
