Legendary Weapon Repair Kits not working properly since the patch?

Title is self-explanatory for the most part.

Ever since the new patch I've been unable to use Legendary Weapon repair kits to repair Legendary Weapons. The repair kit is consumed but the weapon is not repaired.

Anyone else having the same issue?

EDIT: Loaded up a single player test save to explore the issue further, it looks like they're not working for me on normal weapons/tools as well.

EDIT 2: In fact, I can't get any repair kits to work at all, it seems.

Yeah, our server has one minor appearance customization mod, although the problem persists regardless whether or not it's enabled in single player.
