Cities: Skylines Dev Tracker

It is the same agreement you already agreed to when you started playing. It hasn't been changed in years, but with the implimentation of the launcher, you are being asked to agree to it again.
Do they show up in the specific categories? That's where you can enable and disable them.
Can I get you to post this on the official support forums? That's where bugs should go, so they can be investigated and seen by the devs. :)
https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/forums/support-bug-reports.879/
How far do you get? Do you see the launcher? Do you get to the main menu of the game?
Expressing your oppinion is perfectly fine, whether it's positive or negative. But it does have to follow the Steam Rules and Guidelines, and your previous post and responses to it were full of swearing. So let's avoid that this time around. :)
Originally posted by mateus.abracado: Dear Avanya, thank you for your help. I could open the saved game with "Save our Saves" and saved it in another slot. I did not open it yet because I was afraid to lose the log track.
In spite of been able to open the game, still an error message has appeared: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". There, many asset have appeared as causes of this error.
When I tried to open the game in Safe Mode (it was not possible), I saw still 2 itens appearing in red (even after downloading Network Extensions 2 and Extra Train Station Tracks as you suggested). Furthermore, many assets appeared as orange in the screen and it was said that something was missing (I could not read in time).
May I do something to fix it? That's the link for the log:

Good to hear you could open it again. That's a good sign. :)

Huh, that file is massive! I think your game is crashing because of an error that repeats so many times that you run out of memory. Might be related to the stuff you removed, might not be.
Firstly you have two assets failing because they're missing networks, though I don't think they have ever been placed in your city, so it might not be a big deal. You have one that's missing the tiny road from Network Extensions 2. And you have another that's missing Extra Train Station Tracks.
To fix the error, try enabling Safe Mod through the Loading Screen Mod. It's explained in more detail here: https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/833779378/1635291505029642401/
If that doesn't do the trick, try subscribing to and enabling the mod Save Our Saves. Make sure you do this after restarting... Read more
Most assets can be removed just fine and will just disappear from your city. The exception is more complex buildings like train stations or any other type of public transport and networks (roads, fences, quays etc).
You can use the Loading Screen Mod to generate a list of missing assets. It will list both assets missing from buildings (like props or trees you aren't subscribed to) as well as things that used to be in your city, but you should be able to use the report to find the ones that the save is looking for.
Alternately you can upload your output log (player.log on Mac and Linux) and we can take a look. It will show one type of error for missing stuff that messes with the save, so we should be able to see exactly which assets you need to be able to load again. The log will also show us what's causing the crash in case it isn't related to assets you removed.
This guide explains where to find the log and suggests some places to upload the file to, since we can't attach files her... Read more
Could definitely be the case. 32 GB RAM should allow you to get somewhere around 2-3000 assets. Reduce that number by 400 for each major DLC you have as they contain quite a lot of assets as well and you will get a sense of what you can expect to run fine with.
Ofc the size of assets matter since a small prop often takes up less RAM than a large unique building. The Loading Screen Mod can help you optimize RAM usage and shows you how much your game uses as it loads.
Looks like the error is coming from the mod Achieve It. Try disabling that for now and see if that helps.
Ah, some last advice then. When you save your city, always save as a new file instead of saving over the same one. I usually add a number at the end, so I have CityName1, CityName2 and so on. In the rare case that your save gets corrupted, you would then have several older versions of the city as backup. It sucks losing progress, but it's definitely better than losing the whole city. And while it's rare to have saves corrupt, it does happen here and there.
Have a great day! ^^

Thank you! but how do you realized it, I mean where can I read it in the log file? If you have time to tell me :)
Have a great day ^^

Sometimes the error (at the bottom of the log in this case) mentions a mod in all the text. That wasn't the case here. I had a look through all your mods, which are listed about 1/3 into the log. Because I spend a lot of time looking at logs and help update the list of broken mods, I have a good sense of which mods might be troublesome.
As I hadn't seen Infinite Resources before, I checked the mod's page on Steam and could see it hasn't been updated in a long time. So I checked Infinite Goods to see if it covered industrial resources too, as I know that one is updated and used without problems.
So in this case it was a bit of luck and my general experience with mods. Often it's a lot of trial and error figuring out which mods ca... Read more
It's lacking the usual error when the crash is from lack of memory. Do you get an error.log as well? That would show us memory usage to confirm it isn't that.
Try adding the launch options -noWorkshop and -disableMods and start a new game to see if it still crashes. That would let us exclude mods/assets as the cause, or confirm that the issue is there.
For zones everything is calculated per zoning tile, so 2 buildings which are 2x4 will effectively be the same as 1 4x4 building. A benefit to having just 4x4 buildings is you have fewer buildings, which is useful for building very large cities, where you might hit the building limit. On the other hand, you get more variation when you have smaller buildings mixed in, so your zones will look more varied that way.
This post on the official forums goes into more detail on the Citrix issue and has a few workarounds you can try, if you need to keep Citrix installed.

If that doesn't help, please follow the instructions at the bottom to contact support, so they can help get you back into the game and log any bugs that might need fixing. :)
It does not appear at all. I noticed now that I haven't even had the launcher. Installed the launcher separately but it still doesn't work, it gives me general errors

Did the steps in the thread help or is it still the same after trying those? Read more
If you are using the Loading Screen Mod, make sure you don't have the option to only load used assets enabled. That would stop any assets not already in your city from loading, which would explain why you don't see them in game.
The screenshot looks like it's just about dawn or dusk, where street lights turn off/on. Is it still the same when it's completely dark and in the middle of the night?
When a vehicle is stopped longer than it takes for citizens to board/unboard, it's "unbunching" - it's waiting so that the vehicles on the line are spaced out more instead of all of them arriving at a stop right after each other.
The game has its own version of this, and Improved Public Transport also has an option for this. I'm not sure if you can actually disable it, but on the other hand, you don't really want that, as it makes your public transport a lot less efficient.
Try using the Loading Screen Mod to load the city in Safe Mode:
https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/833779378/1635291505029642401/
You can also try the Save Our Saves mod, which has a similar but different way to help saves recover from that error.
If neither of those work, we'll need your output log (player.log on Mac and Linux) to see what's going on and what might be causing the error. This guide explains there to find it and suggests some places you can upload it to, as we can't attach files here on Steam.
