Looks like ToW Progression is enabled for all settings in Community Games except for password protected servers. This is a very good change for this feature. Not sure how it didn't launch this way.
However, since it launched without progression, it's going to take a while to get the word out to players to actually use Community Games now since most of us saw no TOW and never looked at the feature again.
We're going to tag in a message in game if we can ;)
Why didn't the community managers mention that in the patch notes? I would be so happy about that change! I just don't quite believe it yet... because DiCE.
Sometimes, we just need to verify it in Prod.
That would be wonderful. Any updates on when we'll be able to name our Community Games something other than our player names?
Nothing to share with you on that today. It may be that it stays this way, but if we can change it to allow for more freedom then we will.
The challenge is in ensuring that there's a proper way to report and remove servers with bad names - that or we'd need to install an aggressive filter that blocks bad words.
As I say, we're not opposed to it but we're going to prioritise other things over this when it comes to improving CG.

I hate being negative but, I’m passionate about the community I’m part of. This should be a priority. Please rename it Private Matches as I can’t name any Game I start after my Community.

Slight correction. I said previously that the intention (based on the list of features we want to come to Community Games) is to allow you to create your own version of HC.
Do you still have this intention in mind?
Yes, that is still the intention.
Hey u/PartWelsh, I'm sure you're expecting this question, but do you know when we can expect to see hardcore damage modifiers find their way to Community Games?

So weekly rewards unlocking works aswell? Or only global chapter rank?
Make the message visible ingame so people start making frontlines, domination and rush servers.

I noticed this too. u/PartWelsh u/Braddock512 was this supposed to be changed? Putting the minimum player count for a round to start to 4 does not work. It requires 8 players on each team.
Sent it up to the team to get more info/ETA on a fix.

It's a bug we're tracking with the team. Will be on the Trello board tomorrow.
