Anyone know if Elite sets can be mixed and matched, or just put on regular soldiers? I would hate to spend money on an Elite and not say, be able to put the mask on another character or not he able to put that lady's clothes on a dude..
Elite sets are characters / personality flairs in their own right rather than just an outfit, unfortunately, you are not able to mix and match with an Elite set.
