@Davito_Burrito Should be resolved on all 3 platforms as of today. Have you experienced this since the latest version went out on Officials?

@philip_biddle @survivetheark PS4 fix for this is in cert and should be releasing next week.
@1stDamienlee69 It's something we have to limit on our official servers due to perf reasons, but I believe unofficials could alter the setting with the following in GameUserSettings.ini: IgnoreLimitMaxStructuresInRange=true Should impact things like pressure plates, tek sensors, lights, etc.
@JordanLaws0n Should be fixed as of the latest deployment.
@TheTessAnn Ah that's the issue, it's setup for PVE only at the moment but have spoken to the Tech Designer and going to see if we can just make it a general config rather than based on gamemode.
@TheTessAnn It certainly should. Is it a PVE server?
@uplandnick @BadCompanyBoy We'll give them a poke so they know that they can add it
@BadCompanyBoy Won't confirm it's a guarantee yet until I speak to the team -- but if it is an unofficial dedicated server you're on, then you can just use the configuration setting.
@BadCompanyBoy Sorry, with your first tweet did you mean Dedicated Servers or Player Dedicated (the latter refers to hosting on console specifically). If it's the latter it's not something Unofficials can do for you now however we'll see whether we can get the client updated to include those.
@Jade_Playsgames @HODGAMING1 Anything* not everything.
@Jade_Playsgames @HODGAMING1 Sure, I'm not trying to 'sell' you on everything. Just letting you know that over the course of a few years that things can change; that can be how we view the live game, the IP, internal philosophy around design, enforcement, the list goes on!
@BadCompanyBoy It's a server setting, we'll let the unofficial hosts know so that you guys can use them. I think it applies to PvE only though.. but perhaps we can get this changed so Unofficial PvP servers can use this too.
@Jade_Playsgames @HODGAMING1 Though I'd rather focus my energy on how we can improve things in the present & the future :)
@Jade_Playsgames @HODGAMING1 Well I think that's pretty simple if you think about it. A lot of time has passed. In that time, a lot of change can occur. Be that with people, philosophy, growth, goals & objectives. There's a number of reasons. Sure we can be frustrated at how things were handled in the past
@Jade_Playsgames @HODGAMING1 I'd argue that the studio is better equipped to (1) understand the repercussions, (2) message the situation clearer, and (3) recognize when one is needed -- whereas previously that may not be the case.
@Jade_Playsgames @HODGAMING1 Something else to keep in mind is that wipes, whether 'soft' or 'hard' can be scary to do. It's no secret that there's an aversion to it due to public reception, despite whether it'll have a positive impact on the game or not.
@Jade_Playsgames @HODGAMING1 However now we feel from our recent fixes, the ones that have gone live over the last year to the live branch, as well as things that were fixed whilst working on Genesis, and the last few weeks of hotfixes - it was an appropriate time to apply this change.
@Jade_Playsgames @HODGAMING1 Also as much as we fix things months ago, new things can emerge and it's been a continuous effort to clamp down and resolve them. We don't claim to know everything that's wrong with the game, and we shouldn't - it would be ignorant to do so.
@Jade_Playsgames @HODGAMING1 We're able to do events, patches like this, etc whilst still working on future content plans (Crystal Isles & GEN2)
