to follow up: it's a hardware issue. "boxes" = the physical servers in a cabinet. Our host is working on it with top priority. I have no ETA to share at the moment. Babies etc may be okay as the servers are offline. It's a wait and see for me too.

@Vaculity2 @RenaldoSooknar1 We don't have access to the ARK servers affected as the actual servers (hardware) are down. Our host is working on resolving the issue.

@lanescibo @kujeaaa @survivetheark The physical hardware had an outage so the servers will be offline. I can't guarantee babies will be fine but I'm quite confident they will be.
