Glorious Ashes of Creation community!

The second Ashes of Creation Apocalypse Open Beta Weekend is in full swing, and we want to put your combined testing power to good use to stress-test our server clusters for the EU region.

We're calling all players to queue up for the SOLO game mode on the EU SERVER to help us generate data, so we can review the performance.

Test Start: Friday, January 25, 2019 at 11:00 AM Pacific/7:00 PM UTC.Test End: Friday, January 25, 2019 at 1:00 PM Pacific/9:00 PM UTC.

Please let us know in this thread if you encounter any issues during the test, as well as how your queue times and ping were. (You can participate in the test if you are playing from outside of the EU region but please note that the EU serves are physically located in Europe, and you may encounter higher latency than on the NA servers.)

Thank you for your continued support!

P.S.: If you are new, you can still help us as well. Just register for an account and download the game! :)

Hi there - are you still seeing this error when you try to connect to servers from the Launcher right now? That message typically shows up when servers are offline (like if you tried to launch the game on Wednesday before Open Beta unlocked on Thursday).

The "999 ping" is just a visual bug! Not your actual ping to those regions :) thanks for reporting it!

Yup, we're trying a few things now to see if it'll get you past the queue - thanks for your patience while we test!

We saw some queue issues that we're working to address right now - we appreciate you being patient while we work out the kinks!

Hey there - our team is working to address those long queue times now and kick off matches. We appreciate you sticking out the queue!

Hm - my only other suggestion at this point would be to try resetting your password, if you haven't done so already.

You took the right steps by opening a ticket so our team can take a closer look! It's possible your account is having issues due to our recent migration, which we're still working to address (that may be why you haven't received a response quite yet - there's quite a volume of tickets).
