@MrE42935904 There are many fine lines to walk where I'm at. I will always be in a tug-o-war with the business and the community.
I'm trying man :)
@EvrytngElszTakn Thanks for this <3

@ItsEpi Much appreciated. The reply means a lot <3
@tbfgaming1124 Logical answer... Much love.
Yo, I know I've been chatty today lol. I'm not looking for pity. This is what I think community management is. Open, honest dialogue and discussion, not broadcast marketing tweets.
Enjoy the rest of your day #PositiveVibes ✌🏿
(and tell people to play ARK - its free)
@lewis_may333 @WhoIsEmmaAdams It's all good, my intent wasn't to make anyone feel bad honestly. It's more of just knowing when, for myself, I need to step back.
@VerboseVagrant Appreciated
@WhoIsEmmaAdams I want to hear everyone lol
@WhoIsEmmaAdams Nope
For context, my mute list has 20 accounts. It's not something I do very often because I feel everyone should be heard. But that obviously comes at a price.
@oOoreckaoOo I struggle with the concept of muting someone in general. But you're right.
It's somewhere between ignoring and not engaging with your community and subjecting yourself to an unmanageable emotional rollercoaster.
Side note, am I the only CM that feels weak for muting people on Twitter?
Its true that CM's have to have thick skins but I don't know of ANY employment agreements that require someone to endure some of the things I see. The 'get used to it' isn't always valid
Where's the line?
@PumpShottyRush @EpicGames Yes
@escalprillo @EpicGames Yes, as long as you aren't on a modded server.
