Hi, just a few questions to get clarity on the problem:
- is it just the display that is broken or are you also unable to level up the BP?
- when was the last time you played the game (connected to a lobby) before starting S3?

Posted this in the megathread but posting here as well just in case.
I've looked into the issue and here are my findings:
- this looks to be purely a display issue. The XP/star display in post game screen is fully unreliable at this point. To see your actual XP/star progress, check the "see all challenges" menu
- the good news is that i believe you are still earning and leveling up as intended, behind the scenes
If anyone has information that is inconsistent with this, please let me know (send screenshots)
- e.g. if your XP progress in the "see all challenges" menu is not updating properly, let me know!
