I never said death threats were ok, and never will, but usually when a dev gets death threats it's because they are ignoring their community and people think the only way to get their attention is to go negative to the extreme.

Nooooooope. There is very little mapping from “rational disagreement and disappointment” to “some misaligned waste of plasma intends to scare or do extreme harm”. Nuke that shit from orbit. It’s an indicator of popularity (........yay?), not of discourse, and it’s destructive.

Calm talking is the way. Screaming and (jfc) threatening sends everything in the opposite direction. Probably by design, because shitty people.

Hello RaymeCV. I also believe in a calm conversation to resolve issues. This is actually why I am commenting to you. The Grand Soiree Event is not working properly still on PS4. You can not access any information about the event including challenges and the "About" option for the LTM. Clicking said option actually crashes the game. I see a lot of outcry from the PS4 community over this and it seems there has not even been a response to say it is being taken care of. I do not mind if you do not respond to me here but I was hoping a Dev of any sort would see this so the community does not become more frustrated. Thank you for reading if you did and keep up the hard work.

So; devs are digging into it. The good news: no new people should have the issue. The lame news: still working to understand (and fix) those that do. Top people are in it, will share ETA officially when we know.

Any idea when the challenges will come back up? I'm a ps4 player and really wanted to complete all the challenges as I'm a Pathfinder main, I want that stat tracker setup mainly. Thank you if you read this.

So this is a really dumb workaround, but: you can actually still progress and see the event challenges, you just won’t see your rewards until we get a real fix out.

During a match, pull up the full-screen map. You can see the event challenges on the left hand side.

In the rewards for the challenges there are Pathfinder trackers. On the banner they build a Pathfinder if stacked right. I want that as a path main, but after losing the last 2 days of this event I essentially missed the majority of Live.Die.Live. I want to make sure I can still complete the challenges for the banner. (Due to unfortunate irl circumstances I can't afford to buy the new Path skin, so I want the banner as a replacement :p )

You’ll be able to! There should be plenty of chances, even if you’re only playing each mode once, to get a lot of progress. And this weekend has a few bonus challenges (like be top 5) for even more points.

awesome stuff boss man I've telling everyone about it. how will the rewards work. not receiving some like 301 skin and stat trackers for pathfinder. if anything is something that when fixed will be rewarded appropriately? u/RaymeCv

Take with a grain of salt, but yes, I think that’s exactly it. Once the problem is fixed you’ll suddenly get reward, reward, reward. =)
