I noticed this screen too, will get this reported.

So this is not a bug.

The Autumn missions were given to all PT accounts for players that missed out on the first session.

If you completed Part 1 already, you do not need to repeat it again.

The re-issuing of Autumn season mission done across the board to allow folks to complete the mission that weren't able to do it during the first run.

No need to re-do it if you already completed them.
