Are you running any mods? If so, try disabling them and relaunch the client.

Make sure Norton AV and firewall software has whitelisted your WGC and WOWS client.

I checked it this morning and I can move commanders from ship to ship.

Can you provide a screenshot of the error you're seeing?

Try clearing this folder:

You can deleted the sub-folder in there called "Cache".

It will reappear once you relaunch the game and populate files again.

As of now, NA servers are online and available.

Can you please add more info? You gain bonus 10k RP just for being eligible for Research Bureau, then you can receive more RP by resetting a branch and playing this branch ships again starting with VI tier to X tier where you gain RP for the 1st victory on each of those ships.

I suggest that's because you choose operations, so it applies the filter for the current one which is T6. Please check and let me know if I'm correct or not.

It's a known issue, we are already working on it.

UPD: You can also check if the default calls out works correctly because it may be an issue with your client itself, not the mod. And in that case, you are free to contact us for help.
You can let the modder know. We are not responsible for whatever bugs occur in modifications and they should be dealt with by the mod authors.
