How Do I Access the Public Test?

Well, yes. It's said with big green letters that PTS starts 26th September, 9:30 AM PT.

3. You said "Downloaded" not "Trying to download". So maybe my English is bad but I got it as if you already downloaded the update and the game won't launch.

3.1. Anyway, It's not an error or something since PTS server is not working atm so it can't tell your client what it needs to download and where.

Hi, the email should come immediately. Check your junk\spam section, make sure you've inputted the correct email, wait ~5min because sometimes there can be a delay. If everything is correct but there still no email, please DM me and I will try to help.

Yes, exactly. To receive a container with a T6 Premium Ship you must complete all additional missions during 3 Public Test Updates. 0.8.9 is the first one.

Yes, during 0.8.9 PTS sessions those are additional missions for Autumn Season. They will be available during Round 2 as well.

Regarding Autumn Season missions. We investigated the situation and are ready to give an answer. There was a mistake in the description of the mission and it was quite difficult to complete it, given that we decided to fix this combat mission.

After the changes happen, the task's progress was reset. We understand that some players already completed these missions until restart and some only started to complete it. Therefore, we have decided to compensate for this situation.

With all rewards for Public test we will invoice additional rewards for these players:

Players who have completed the combat mission will receive a reward as two additional Italian Cruisers containers,

Those who have started to perform will get half of the final award – one additional Italian Cruisers container.

Also, you will have access to an updated task, where you can earn an additional two containers "Italian cruisers".
