1. Go to Switch settings
2. Then System settings
3. Then Data Management
4. Then Manage Software
5. Then Warframe
6. Then select 'Check for corrupt Data'

Thanks for the help Marcus! However, it did not work as it did not detect any corrupted data.

Fortunately, redownloading the entire game worked, and the issue is gone.
