Hiya! It looks like the icon image and title are just swapped with what is supposed to be an Orokin Catalyst. Investigating. Thanks for reporting!

Upon further review the Orokin Catalyst being equipped is intended, but not the Exilus Adapter. This was a UI issue! We have a fix coming that will correct the UI showing the Exilus Adapter.
