Every time I try to access de new contet it tolds me that "the quest could not be started".
I have already verify files and reboot everything, any ideas?

Nothing in server-side logs; best boot game fresh, try to start quest to get the error, quit game, then start launcher again to Get Logs

TY for the log; this is a bug that effects very old accounts and should be fixed in a hotfix later today.
