If you're on Xbox, we've got a temporary workaround for this:
-Launch Warframe
-Press A on the Updater/Launcher
-Right after, disconnect/pull the battery on your controller
-Wait until you see the login screen with Excalibur kneeling
-Reconnect the controller, login and load onto the ship with controller
