mine is, pushed the new system update before updating Warframe. Wont get past 0% load. Restarted ps5 and warframe multiple times

Can't update past 17-18% on Switch.

FWIW, I am able to log in on PS5 with no problems, and I have not installed the latest PS5 system update yet. Only seven people on in my clan at the moment, including me, and there were about 40 online before the update went live.

For anyone following along in this thread - there is definitely a larger issue at hand that we're working on to solve! Hang tight as we try to sort this out for Veilbreaker on Consoles, seems to be affecting:
