I was telling my brother about the augment when he told me he could not buy it. It turns out that is missing from Red Veil too. What gives?

As you have noticed, Immolated Radiance is currently experiencing a bug that prevents it from being upgraded, linked in chat, or purchased from the Steel Meridian and Red Veil Syndicates. We have looked into it, found the source of the problem, and are prepping a fix for our next Hotfix. You’ll be back to sharing your fiery Damage Reduction in no time!
For those that already own the Augment, you can still equip and use it as usual.
