Incendiary grenades don’t work, but the frag, explosive barrels, and torches do.

Ohhh right, so this is intended. I actually removed frag from the patch notes thinking it would be inconsequential but I slipped up, as incendiary do not work for the banners. I’ll fix that.
Banner can def burn, just not by incendiary grenades, apparently.
