*** 26/03/2020 ***Recently, we've noticed those using the ISP Deutsche Telekom and it's subsidiaries (such as T-Mobile), have been experiencing the Sign-In Timeout error in Vermintide 2.We suspect this is due to current world events leading to a substantially higher demand on their network. If you don't believe your Sign-In Timeout errors are ISP-related, please see our list of solutions here[support.fatshark.se].*** 30/03/2020 ***Previous attempts to reach out to Deutsche Telekom have been unsuccessful. We have posted publicly on their discussion boards which can be seen here[telekomhilft.telekom.de], and we encourage you to add any potentially valuable information to the post. *** 30/03/20 #2 ***We've heard from Deutsche Telekom, who have confirmed that connectivity is poor to the region our server address is situated in due to over-capacity. This would be due to the current worldwide situation; internet usage has been substantially increased which leads to higher demand on the capacity. Deutsche Telekom is having a hard time delivering connectivity with our service provider, and our service provider is having a hard time providing that service as well.Deutsche Telekom have specified that this is being worked on, but were unable to provide an ETA. We've contacted our service provider in hopes that somehow we can work around this, and will continue to post updates here. I appreciate this is a disappointing situation, believe me - we want to see this issue resolved as much as you do. In the mean time, it may be worth exploring VPN options. *** 31/03/2020 ***GOOD NEWS (WE HOPE)!Keeping it short: our service provider has been able to perform some re-routing to bypass the server address Deutsche Telekom is unable to connect to. We hope this will alleviate the Sign-In Timeout error during peak hours. Please keep us posted.
