The title is weird because its hard to explain quickly. Ex Round 3 I buy heavy armor and during round 3 I take damage and at start of round 4 I am now left at 39 armor. I buy heavy armor because I have money to buy, but realize my team wants to save, so I refund the armor I bought and then I am left at 0 armor, as opposed to my 39 I had. Is this intended?
Is it a bug or is it meant to be like that. That's why I posted it here not bugs.
It's not exactly a bug; more of a limitation. We want to address this but it's a non-trivial task and it's competing with a lot of other high priority stuff. We'll get to it at some point, but unlikely to happen soon.
