Can you get the beta Key if you are not from EU, NA etc but you play on that server (like Middle East People)

I am from India, but I play LoL on EUNE because that's the closest server to me (which is not handled by Shitty Garena). My Riot account is an EU one but my Twitch is an Indian account, Am I eligible to get the beta key.

I just want to know it so that I don't stay awake all night again to get the key on 7th, If I am not eligible.
