You can indeed! Please email us at [email protected] and provide us with your account name and 1-2 character names - we can then unlink the account from the current Steam profile.
You will then be able to reattach it to your new Steam profile from the account settings. :)

Purchases made on a PC account would not apply to other versions (such as PlayStation 4 or Xbox One) and vice versa, as the purchases for console accounts go through their appropriate platform store - the PSN store for PlayStation 4, and Xbox Live store for Xbox One.
If you wished to obtain microtransactions on more than one platform they would need to be purchased separately.

We don't allow scam reports specifically naming or identifying players on our forums or in-game, as we want to avoid situations where players are witch-hunted or accused of scamming without any truth to those accusations.
In saying that, we do moderate and ban accounts for targeted scamming. If you do encounter this behaviour in-game please email us at [email protected] to report that incident to us - posting about it here on the forums will just result in the reported information being removed.

I've fixed that up for you, it looks like the Steam link has been done backwards, those accounts are back to the way they were before you attempted to link them up. :D
Path of Exile accounts created using Steam do not automatically assign an email address as that information is not necessary to access the account using Steam. In order to add an email address to an account for the first time, Support will need to do that for you.
Please log out of your current account, and then log back into the Path of Exile website using the 'Sign in through STEAM' button on the login page (http://pathofexile.com/login) and navigate to your account settings. In here you will find an "change email" option in which to add your new email address.

It looks like the account you're posting on is empty. :) If you might have created your main account on Steam that account would not have an associated email with it.
In order to log in to the Path of Exile website using your Steam profile you will need to go to the login page (whilst not logged in) and select "Login through Steam", which is a green button located to the right of the page.

You will then be taken to a Steam portal where you can enter your Steam profile credentials to log in with the correct account. You'll know it's the right one because your main characters will appear in the upper left corner of the website.

Please let us know if you have any further troubles getting onto the correct account!

As Zphyr mentions, please email [email protected] with your account name and 1-2 character names for both accounts and we can check into how they are linked and what can be done.
It's not possible to merge two completely different accounts into one, but we may be able to have it so that your main account links to both launchers so you can play using either Steam or Standalone as you like. :)
