Make sure you're logged into the website with the same account you use in-game. If you usually log in via Steam, for example, you should also log into the website via Steam using the button on the login page.

Can you please provide the search URL you are using where you can't find your listings?

Hey nice spotting! Looks like items on Standard that haven't been re-listed since 3.25.0 are still using old values for sorting even if visually they've been updated.We'll update these incrementally and get this fixed up.
