@DavidJe43251611 @survivetheark @ComplexMinded It usually means an investigation is taking place and that sufficient info was provided in the report to facilitate that. The outcome may be enforcement action. I understand that some players find the wording unclear. I'm working with our GM's to refine the ticket responses.
