@III_SAB_III @survivetheark Pretty sure that's related to what you have unlocked on the new character you bring to the meeting with Customer Support. Our GM's can't give your character XP beyond it's current max unfortunately. (I'm not Customer Support, for further detail you'd be best to submit a ticket)

@survivetheark To answer a few questions popping up here. As a good practice, I recommend players take a screenshot of their implant. With this proof, our GM's will restore a character up to level 150. This includes the unlocking of some engrams but does not include ascension run throughs

@SpeedHausGaming @survivetheark Thanks! I'll have a chat with our GM's. We had technical solutions (ie: level designers adding no build zones and fixing incorrectly flagged zones etc) coming in over the past few weeks and I think some of our GM's are a little confused.

@Zahlus Unfortunately, after investigation, there's no technical way for us to get those characters back. It was very unlucky timing with you joining in that window period between the two server times. Please contact our CS team for restoration. That server wasn't under DDoS attack btw
@ahotdogonasteek @SpeedHausGaming @survivetheark We don't do Customer Support/Enforcement, our GM's do. Yes, we have told our GM's not to transfer tribe ownership to others after various issues arose. You raise a point about it still being an option on CS tickets though, I'll have someone tidy that up.

@ksuke161 On the dino replacement side, you'll need to contact GM's via the ticket system on the forums. As far as fixing over zealous detection in that area, could you please open your console at that spot, type in ccc, hit enter, then use ctrl+v to paste those cheat coords to me. Thanks
