Hello Survivors!
On January 24th and 25th we will be conducting maintenance on a portion of our NA Official Servers, not all are affected (see lists below). January 24th at 3am EST there will be a network outage which will prevent players from joining the affected servers while we perform upgrades to our network. Network outage is expected to last no more than two hours. January 25th 3am EST through 11am EST we will be performing successive hardware upgrades, therefore the affected servers will be shut down in waves across the maintenance period.

Hello Survivors!
On January 28th beginning at 7am EST we will be conducting a small maintenance on a portion of our NA Official Servers. During this time the servers will go offline in succession therefore all will not be going down promptly at 7am. The servers will not be running during this maintenance period once they are down. We anticipate the full maintenance duration to take a few hours however the servers will be booted back up shortly after they are taken down, which should minimize individual downtime.

Upcoming Console Patch!

Xbox and PS4 will both be receiving a patch to fix a number of issues. The patch includes several optimizations for memory and lots of changes from the v289.100 PC patch. We'll have more details on the date soon. NOTE: The patch will be a large download! Patch notes for this upcoming patch are below.

Structures Plus (S+) & Kibble Rework Beta!

The Structures Plus and Kibble Rework beta is still available and we're looking for additional feedback as we get closer to release of these features. We will have another update to the beta branch soon, addressing some of the feedback and suggestions from our beta participants. Thank you again to everyone that has participated thus far and provided us with their feedback. We're looking into the cause of the connection issues. The servers should be joinable currently however while we investigate.

Below is a list of servers that will be removed on March 4th. You have from now until 1:00pm EST on the 4th to move your belongings onto a server not present on this list. More details about this removal are included in Community Crunch #169.

At 12:00pm Eastern on March 13th we will be taking down some of our Switch servers for maintenance. We expect maintenance to last for approximately 2 hours. During this time the servers will not be running therefore time will not progress. Once the servers are back online, they will require re-adding to your favorites list as they will have new IP addresses. Below is a list of all affected servers.

210 and 211 should be back online currently. We're aware of the issues with server crashing and general poor performance. This is something we are working on across all of our platforms.
