There are a lot of different approaches you can take to outfitting your armored divisions. Powerful Heavy tanks, Nimble light tanks, or perhaps the destructive power of self-propelled artillery... Which do you prefer? http://pbs.twimg.com/media/EXRNGCXWAAIotge.jpg

@PdxInteractive There's only one correct answer to this, and that's Hearts of Iron with the @Kaisermod @kaisercatcinema world ๐Ÿ˜‰
The Spanish Civil War Goes Global! ๐ŸŒ This, apparently, is what happens when you console annex the entire world into Nationalist Spain and watch as it can't provide garrisons. In other news u/PeasantofPotatoes is now on a watchlist for heinous crimes against borders ๐Ÿš” ๐Ÿ‘€ http://pbs.twimg.com/media/EXA7F2iWAAc66oi.jpg
@1812th This was the record set at PDXCON last year :)
@Zoldy95 @NothingWrong48 This is correct :)
This week's achievement challenge is 'Don't Die For Your Country', which we first unveiled at PDXCON last year. To complete this you need to take Poland and France in the 1939 start with less than 476 casualties. What are the best strats for achieving this? http://pbs.twimg.com/media/EW8NWDRXYAMhudZ.jpg

Over on r/hoi4, recently a project to recreate the 1936 map in Minecraft has been started by u/CBAdams. So far most of continental Europe has been completed, with more to come. Good effort! https://www.reddit.com/r/hoi4/comments/g8edhh/hoi4_map_on_minecraft_update_3/ http://pbs.twimg.com/media/EW3RAhxXQAIEjpU.jpg

@SentinelMuffins The reason this isn't in the base game is it would be extremely exploitable- and also not thematic to what it meant to send 'volunteers' to another nation to fight in the time period. Lots of Mods are about having alternative experiences to the base game and we like that!
@KaanKotan2 It wouldn't be entirely appropriate thematically for vanilla- nations that sent 'volunteers' didn't have this level of control over them. Also, would be very easy to exploit a mechanic like this to farm high XP divisions.
This week's Mod Spotlight is 'Recall Volunteers', which will allow you do to do exactly what it says on the tin- pull back volunteer forces whenever you choose! Check it out here: https://pdxint.at/3bJTuHj http://pbs.twimg.com/media/EWn0WvQXgAEY-aI.jpg
This weekend's Achievement Challenge is 'Tour De France'! To complete this, you need to occupy France whilst having at least 20 Bicycle divisions in your army. Would you prefer to do this as Japan or the Netherlands? http://pbs.twimg.com/media/EWYKD-6WsAEjLKN.jpg
