Sorry for the delay on this @Asarin. This occurs when the routing between two people is incompatible. Are you able to connect to a mobile data hotspot - only for a short period - to see if the same issue occurs?

Sounds like something is awry with your RAM. Try running the Windows Memory Diagnostic.
This is intended, at this time.
Make sure you uninstall any redundant NVIDIA GPU drivers on the PC too, either manually or using DDU or similar.
