Hi, heirloom shards aren't cumulative, it's still something that can drop randomly with a low chance, or is guaranteed after 500 pack openings. 

Unfortunately there isn't a way to directly see your progress towards this 500 pack guarantee. Sorry for any confusion caused.

Hey, I think this is just a display change for multi-stage challenges, it won't show the icon for the reward until you're at the stage where the reward will be granted.

If you keep doing the challenge stages does the +1BP icon show up when you're at the last stage?

Can you try running a Windows System File Checker scan. I believe webio.dll is a system file, so so hopefully the scan will find and fix any issues. 

Do do this, you can open an elevated command prompt and enter the following without quotes: "sfc /scannow"

To open an elevated command prompt, type "command" into your Windows search, then right-click the Command Prompt app and choose to Run as Administrator.

@AGoodPomegranate Yes, this has been temporarily disabled, there was an issue introduced in the last patch which meant it could go invisible. 

Once this is resolved the skin should be enabled again, sorry for any confusion caused. 

@VeryTrueMondSly  Hi! I can see a bunch of packs opened in a short period recently, and it looks like the items on your account match up with with the number of boxes you would have earned by now. 

I don't know your situation, but perhaps a friend or family member opened the boxes when you weren't looking? I'll chase on my end to see if there's any way the packs could have been automatically opened, but it sounds unlikely. In any case, if you check your inventory you should have some new items, as well as some crafting materials.

Hi, it looks like a couple of Bangalore's skins are inaccessible right now. Presumably this is due to a display glitch which could prevent her from rendering properly. 

We'll let folks know when there's an update for this, but for now you'll need to use a different skin. 

@REBORN1x It should just be added when you start the game next. Are you able to grab trials/vault games to test that your Origin Access membership is working fine?

Hey, are you guys trying to squad up for ranked or normal? If you play a game of ranked solo first (good luck with randoms) does that change anything?

If you don't get a login prompt, you already have an account connected.

You can log into into https://help.ea.com/en/ via the Xbox/PS4 login options. Once you're logged in here you can go to Accounts > Order Management, and it'll try to transfer you to the main ea.com site, and on this page you should see the email address for the linked EA account. 

You can log into Origin.com then go to your profile (in the bottom left) then Edit on EA.com (in the top right). On this page you can scroll down and see your linked accounts.

Hi, as you work through a Battle Pass Apex Coins and Crafting Materials will be earned in increments, and will total up to 1k coins and 1.2k coins if you complete the pass. Well technically you just need to hit some point in the mid-90s, but I can't remember the exact level off the top of my head. The coins/materials aren't granted as a lump sum at completion of the pass.

As Season 1 started on March 18th, that would get the tier 1 badge.
