Side note, am I the only CM that feels weak for muting people on Twitter? Its true that CM's have to have thick skins but I don't know of ANY employment agreements that require someone to endure some of the things I see. The 'get used to it' isn't always valid Where's the line?

It's somewhere between ignoring and not engaging with your community and subjecting yourself to an unmanageable emotional rollercoaster.

@oOoreckaoOo I struggle with the concept of muting someone in general. But you're right.

For context, my mute list has 20 accounts. It's not something I do very often because I feel everyone should be heard. But that obviously comes at a price.
