Closing this thread for toxicity. The Eagle Bearer and Raid Spec Sets are not available from the Discovery version of the Raid.

Let's please keep the platform/specs battle to a minimum. The dev team is aware of and looking into the long loading times issue.

I distinctly remember a thread back on the forums before the game came out asking for Crocs, shorts/swim trunks, Hawaiian shirts, etc... It may not be for everyone, but for those that enjoy it, it might be just what they wanted. Same goes for some threads asking after Specialization weapon skins as well. All this to say, please be mindful and respectful of others' preferences, especially when it comes to optional cosmetic additions.

Does this issue persist for everyone after fully restarting the game?

I'm inclined to believe this is RNG being RNG, but I'll be on the lookout for more similar reports.

Regarding your OP, have you purchased the "Account Shared Blueprints" item/upgrade? Also thank you for the report, just trying to get some additional info.

Thank you for letting us know about this. Just for some clarifying info, what World Tier are you in, what is the level of your Crafting Bench, and to double check, you're saying no Control Point of any difficulty is dropping Blueprints?
