Deathmatch Domination + Heavy Metal Heroes in Rotation

In this week’s Featured Playlist update, Deathmatch Domination returns to MP along with an additional community-requested week of Heavy Metal Heroes in Blackout. Later this month, we’ll be bringing Pandemic back into Blackout for an epic undead showdown during the spookiest time of the year before Heavy Metal Heroes returns along with other fan-favorite LTMs in the future.

We’ve also seen a number of players asking if we can remove the comic book visual filter in Heavy Metal Heroes now that we’re several weeks into the Operation, and the answer is yes! We’ll be doing just that when the mode returns after this week’s run. But don’t worry... we’re still keeping all the ingredients that make Heavy Metal Heroes our wildest LTM to date, including unlimited grappling, souped-up vehicles, air-drop tanks, and of course,...

Still planned! We mentioned in this post last week that the fix for this is coming in our mid-season update... if you've already earned the outfit, it will be restored to your inventory in this upcoming code fix. Stay tuned for an ETA.

When is Pandemic coming back? Its been gone for so long and is so fun

No definitive date to share yet, but we're planning to bring Pandemic (and plenty of other LTMs) back into rotation in the future.

This has unfortunately been a ridiculously tough bug to track down in the live environment, but the team is making progress and we believe we're close to having a fix ready for testing. We'll definitely let everyone know when it's planned to go live.

Expanded Zombies Daily Contracts

Today’s update adds “Alpha Omega” and “Tag der Toten” to the Daily Contract pool in Zombies, expanding the number of maps you’ll have to choose from each day to earn those extra Daily Tier Skips. We were fortunately able to get these into today’s Game Settings Update – for other issues that require a code update, including the fix for the Hellion Salvo properly unlocking Diamond Camo, we’ll have a major update coming later in Operation Dark Divide that will include some additional fixes and quality of life improvements*.* We’ll have more details once we get closer to sharing an ETA.

The team is still working on narrowing down all the potential causes for the “June 144 Major Overlord” error that some players have experienced after the outro cutscene for “Tag der Toten”, preventing them from experiencing the in-game ending of the main ...

Can we get some changes to daily contracts in zombies? I don't think I've ever seen Alpha Omega as a daily, nor tag der toten. This is especially frustrating when you want to play the newly released content, but the daily keeps cycling between dead of the night and ancient evil. Please add Tag Der Toten and Alpha to the daily contracts rotation, and give us some tag der toten contracts so we can binge on the new map all day instead of having to swap to another map to do the daily!

Heavy Metal Heroes Continues in Blackout

Thanks to everyone for the feedback and support on our new Heavy Metal Heroes limited-time mode! We’ve gotten tons of requests to keep it running since it launched across all platforms, so it’s staying in the Featured Playlist slot in Blackout for the near future. The community clips we’ve seen from this LTM have been insane so far, and we’re looking forward to seeing plenty more this week.

Deathmatch Domination returns to Multiplayer on all platforms today, where players contribute to their team’s score through a combination of captures and kills. Party Game Moshpit is also going back in rotation, featuring every Black Ops 4 party game in a single playlist: Prop Hunt, Sticks and Stones, One in the Chamber, Gun Game, and Infected.
