Our Trade API is currently under very high load, and a lot of this load appears to be due to third-party programs that are not respecting reasonable rate-limits. In addition to our ongoing work on Trade API performance, we are also temporarily rate-limiting or blocking programs that are spamming our API with too many requests too quickly. This should provide better performance for users making a reasonable number of requests.
Our rate-limit rules should be considered flexible and will be tweaked to maintain service reliability. If your tool is not working, make sure you're running the latest version and if you're a tool developer, implement backoffs when you receive an unsuccessful response.

Hi. I checked to see if we have a fix for this coming, and it looks like it was already reported, fixed and is actually through testing and ready to deploy. So it's very likely the fix will be in the next patch.

Celestial Barrage(Edit) Arcane Barrage in particular and/or other MTX?
There is a specific bug with Arcane Barrage that causes it to get progressively slower and slower. Other microtransactions do not have this issue, but of course every effect has a performance impact. We actually have some rendering performance news coming in the next few weeks (possibly even before the 3.11 announcements).

Whatever happened to the heist bosses being released this week? Are they still coming?
We are planning to release as many improvements and fixes as soon as possible (many of those were announced earlier this week in 'What we're working on' news, including new bosses), however, due to the big scope of the patch we need to make sure these changes are tested properly. We're aiming to deploy the 3.12.3 update early next week.
