Do they give double rewards? I like the idea of Double Mutation events, but depending on the possible mutations of course. Some combos could be the greatest thing ever, and some combos could be a big nope for alot of people.
You will receive a Double Mutated Pack which is the normal Mutated Pack, but even MORE rewards and higher chances for rare plans.

At 1 pm ET we are going to reactivate the PTS server for one week, to give you an early look at Double Mutated Events. As a reminder, to access the Fallout 76 PTS, you need a copy of Fallout 76 on Steam. Any Steam players with this can download the PTS and join in! (Please note, progress from the PTS does not carry over into the live game.)
For bug reports and feedback, please visit the Official Bethesda Discord, and react to This Message (https://discord.com/channels/784542837596225567/844216034365800478/844951756345180180) to see the PTS channels. If you are not a Discord member, bug reports can also be filed with our Help Site, or left as a comment on this post.

We see the reports of issues joining Servers on consoles, and re-roll challenges giving seasonal event challenges or weekly challenges. We are in the middle of an investigation on this and will have the log-in issues resolved soon(TM). I'll post back in here when we are back online and I have more info.

So I now have a legacy auto axe if I have a swing speed roll? By definition at least?
Very pleased with e content of this update, a lot of small things that will add up for some excellent QOL.
I mean, technically? But FSS doesn't work on auto-axes anyways so there is no benefit having it.

This is very disappointing. I wasn't really following PTR and kinda just assumed mutated events were gonna have two mutations. One mutation is not gonna make a difference for people who wanted a challenge and it's just gonna annoy those who didn't want it. It's a middle of the road update that's not gonna satisfy anyone.
I'm guessing they excluded RR and PP from the event list because mutations would've killed scavengers/creatures too fast. It would've been a nice challenge to keep them alive against poison, freeze, or explosions.

Can you please share the version number? That's normally included in patch notes.
(I would refer to the exe but the past few patches the shipped exe has had a different version property than in game, and I can't get in-game right now)

Hmm no more faster swing speed on auto axes. Doesn't say they removed the roll from already created legendaries. New legacy created?
FSS doesn't work on Auto-Axes from my understanding, so existing auto axe's with it don't benefit from that mod.
