A few thoughts as someone who has worked on / around both of these products.

• Team Pass - we feel this frustration. We are really bummed with some of the issues we ran into with Team Pass, and we have to do better. Everything you wrote is correct, and we need to improve if we are going to make it worth your money again next year. FWIW we made massive changes to the visualization of your progress on on the watch.lolesports.com/rewards page to help some of these issues, but it is only one small step in the right direction. More to come.

• Pro View - Pro View has overall met most of our expectations. It's a very new product that wasn't even close to "perfect," but the core experience was so good we wanted to let everyone join in on the fun. The potato computer issues (e.g. lag and stuttering) have been incredibly hard to track down, but we're still ...

Hey everyone, We had an outage in our livestats service that hit broadcast + pro view + watch.lolesports.com. We believe it has been resolved and everything should be working for the next few games, but we are keeping an eye on it.

What happened to the stats for the free stream on lolesports now? Did you guys have a change of heart?

Nope! Stats are still there, we just had some system-wide outages this past weekend :( We made several improvements this week that should restore full service for this upcoming weekend.

Also one other thing - did you try adjusting the video streaming quality to see if that affected the jittery behavior?

Is there a way to pop out the stats or video? I'd like to have the streams on one screen and the stats on another as this isn't very useful since I have to scroll away from the stream to view stats.

Hmm, nothing in the current build, but that's a cool feature. We will throw it in the backlog!

I would consider adding that to the website. It's possible there are people who don't try it because they think its monthly.

Like something that just says one time payment for the whole split.

This should be clear in the purchase screen (we tried to be very obvious), but we will definitely take another look to make sure!

Can you tell us who all the POV players are? It's not mentioned, and no offense meant, but I feel uncomfortable paying for it until I know who I'm watching. As an ADC main I only see DL as one POV. Who's the other?

Pro View will include POVs for all 10 players in every pro match played in both the LCs and LEC. You can pick and choose whichever pros you want to watch, as well as the main event stream!

Is there a way to watch a pro view vod at higher playback speeds? I love watching vods at 1.5x and I couldn't see a way to do it.

Oooof, not yet. I like this feature too, and we have discussed it a few times. I don't think it's on the roadmap right now, but we definitely like it.

Is there a way to put the stats bar on the right like it was on the old site? Or at least to sync multiple pages of my own so I can multi-screen or even multi-computer the site for multiple views?

Hmm, I don’t think this is something we thought of. You want multiple browser tabs of the same game open so you can watch like 6 streams at once? Or just stats in one browser and stream in another?

Hey there klaus and whatever other rioters are watching, I love the idea of pro view and will definitely be adopting. Have you considered looking to other streams that watch the game, say LS or members of lpp and having the opportunity to sync their cast onto the preview stream. Like a select casting audio, main broadcast, noob friendly broadcast, ls broadcast etc. I love that you guys are finally trying to make the lcs feel like more than just a watch on twitch video. Agreed. We are exploring better ways to enable user control of audio first thing Monday. :)

What's the best way to submit feedback to y'all? Proview is at a state where I don't regret my purchase, but I wouldn't buy it again. With a few small changes, I'd probably plan on picking it up for next year as well.
