Shockwave grenades are bugged. They don’t give audio when thrown at a certain range from the player. There was a clip on the sub recently demonstrating it.

Sorry you're running into trouble. DX12 is still in beta . If you're not trying out the ray tracing settings, it's a good idea to toggle over to DX11.
I am having the same issue. I've gone back to every single spot and danced twice now. Stuck at 9/10.
I see the original poster got it to work. I got around to completing the challenges myself today, and as I danced in front of each one, I wrote down the location to ensure I got all 10.

A couple of days ago I made a joke post about a Brutus Fish but there were some great comments about what its effects would be and then I got inspired to draw a whole set of fish based the Season 2 bosses. I did my best to come up with effects that matched the characters.
