The storm circles not moving right now in Team Rumble is actually due to a bug we're investigating that was causing circles to be too far off the center line of the Battle Bus, resulting in a lot of the constant running to zone we've heard feedback on.
We're aiming to re-enable moving circles in a future update when this is resolved.

Heya thread! Due to issues with the Spire Questline we've autocompleted the challenges, which depending on how many you'd completed may have boosted you a few levels. If you're a Battle Pass owner you should also see the Glyph Master style for Raz unlocked. Thanks!
Hey /u/LongerReign , when you return to the Raz character at Colossal Crops make sure you select the 'The Spire' dialogue option. This should progress you to the next quest in the chain. Let me know if that helps!

Keep in mind if you have a free trial of the subscription you won't get any codes sent until the trial is up and your subscription actually begins. Similarly, some have had success reading through the comic on a different browser or with adblockers disabled.
