Plains of Eidolon Remaster: Update 24.8.1 has just been sent to Cert! We’ve got some gneiss stuff coming your way, sure to rock your world. Atlas is looking boulder and better than ever with his Deluxe collection, we’ve got new Augment Mods, TennoGen, and more! We’ve included everything from PC Update 24.7.0 to Hotfix 24.8.1, making the download size for this update roughly ~700 MB. 

This will bring Warframe’s total size to around 20.7 GB on Nintendo Switch. For our Tenno out there who have not equipped their Nintendo Switch with an SD card and have no other games downloaded, this will most likely be the last update that will fit Warframe under the base memory allowance. We have done remaster updates in the past to make room with newer updates, but it will become increasingly difficult to maintain this as more content becomes available to our Nintendo Switch Tenno.

Almost 1,800 hours logged in this game on my Switch since November according to my Switch "Time Played" stats in my Nintendo account.

Not a good way to treat your most hardcore user base.

We have an Update on a bug we found regarding some TennoGen Cosmetics. History is important before we get into the bug - so bear with us!
TennoGen is a PC program that, 1 year after launch, we came up with a way to license to our Console Players. Each individual item is bought out with each artist so that we can sell it to our Console Players. We do this to be fair to our creators - and if we ever sold something without licensing it, it'd be below our fairness standards and that's not the type of company we want to be. A loophole bug was allowing Nintendo Switch players to buy TennoGen that had been licensed to Playstation and Xbox, but not yet the Nintendo Switch (the given items bought out well before Nintendo Switch was announced). We have fixed this bug and will be rolling back the sales and refunding Platinum spent sometime this week or next. With the latest Update we believe we fixed the Mirage + Simulor issue what was extra-intense on Nintendo Switch as we could no longer reproduce the issue internally. We are hoping any keen Tenno can indeed verify this to be the case - we'll be watching this thread for a simple Yay or Nay on this fun-stopping bug being eradicated. Thank you in advance.

A brand spanking new Plains of Eidolon with bushes to boot is here! We’ve included everything from PC Hotfix 24.5.2 to 24.6.2.1, which includes the big mama mainline Update 24.6.0, making the download size for this update roughly ~2 GB. 

This will bring Warframe’s total size to around 20.5 GB on Nintendo Switch. For our Tenno out there who have not equipped their Nintendo Switch with an SD card and have no other games downloaded, this update will bring us very close to the base memory allowance. Important information as a result of this feedback (lots of merged threads):

Right to the meat - we are reverting the Emissive Energy inheriting Secondary energy as of next Hotfix. The reason we added this was because we read player feedback indicating disappointment 'Secondary Energy' did nothing on the Warframe itself, so we tried to give it meaning. And now the meaning has swung too far the other way! You can expect a way more in-depth colour customization to come soon - at least we're experimenting with something really wild. We will be working on giving you (Forma using players) even more options - 4 energy customization slots total. Primary and Secondary for the Warframe itself. Primary and Secondary for the Warframe's Abilities and Effects. This means your all-Red Ember could have Blue Fire. Your Green Saryn could have Orange Spores, etc. But - it's in the laboratory.
