@HarpyCarpy @RailMango The server is written in C++, so that won't be changing, but the client uses Flash. Flash is going to be stopping support for its engine in Jan 2020, so we needed to move to the Unity engine to have the game continue. It will be coming with performance and UI improvements though.
@MoistyKeanu The mobile version is already using the Unity version of the game. We are aware of some issues and are looking into them though.

Hey Townies, an update for users having trouble logging in. We have discovered the issue is only related to Unity clients, so this would be Steam/mobile, and it only affects certain users. We have some devices internally that reproduce the issue, and are working on debugging it.
@calvinandhobbez 4 new skins, 4 new backgrounds, 3 new houses, and a new pet were released with today's patch.

@seanthegamer120 Are you talking about the patch as a whole? There was a warning set out, on social media, forums, and in game. If you mean the issues after the patch was done, that was not planned. The patch is already completed. What we are experiencing now after the patch was not planned.

We discovered a bug with the latest patch we did that affects our free mobile userbase. It seems that if you had a Coven ticket it would not allow you to watch ads to play classic games. We are resubmitting to iOS and Android to get this new patch approved.
@Idontca51214873 @Raul_785_ @kage_da_folha Well android users weren't even able to play so this really only affected iOS users, but it would have affected Android users so we are resubmitting our game to the Play Store too. Hopefully this doesn't move us to the back of the queue.

With the large delays in the android release we have made some changes to allow users to play even if they are not on the most recent patch. This will mean that some of the new content/features won't be available to you, but you will be able to play the game now.

Hey Townies! Android has released our update 3.2.0, but there was a bug with this version, and the patch that fixes that bug is still under review. Until the 3.2.1 version has been released we will still have the changes on our server that allowed users to play on an outdated 1/2
version, and to prevent crashes this means that Town Traitor is disabled for Android.

@Quicklayy What error does he get when he tried to log in? Is he on mobile, Steam, or web? Does the error show regardless of platform if he uses multiple?

We just did a hotfix patch to fix an issue for web users. If you joined a custom, or rapid mode it would not show the roles that had already been selected, and if the host removed one of these hidden roles, it would cause a crash.

@OMGCrown We deal with the automated reports in terms of frequency. If this is a frequent issue then it should be dealt with soon.
@OMGCrown While it may affect you more we deal with issues affecting the most players more. This may mean you deal with an issue 100% of the time, but we will deal with an issue affecting 200,000 players 10% of the time first.
@notDylanstone That message should mean that we have a report with info on what occurred. If you would like to help us gather more information then you can enable player logs in your settings, and the next time this occurs click the F12 key, go to the console tab, and send the info there to us.

@stonebluebird This is not something we have planned, but we have discussed potentially adding faction based scrolls, and/or potentially anti-scrolls.
