(2020) Unable to play the game

So, I basically got rid of my old email and at the time I wasn't playing siege, therefore I didn't think to change my email before hand. So, I decided to play this morning, it went well, no issues. I then left my computer leaving the Ubisoft Connect application open on my desktop. I then got back in the afternoon & wanted to play but it logged me out due to inactivity. So, I tried signing into via my old email, but it asked to check my emails but I don't have that email anymore. I created a new account & tried to run siege but it couldn't confirm that I had ownership of the game and wouldn't let me play.

Please reply if you have any theories to fix this so I can play siege again. I also had a bit of progress on the game so if there is a way to connect my siege to my Ubisoft account keeping my progress I already had, that would be amazing.

Firstly I would like to invite you avoid any kind of consideration about the Devs. On the other hand and related to your issue, please, check if your antivirus or firewall are blocking a proper launching of the game. Check also if you have any kind of real time scanner in your antivirus and disable it and try.
